2004 Pinot Noir Los Carneros, Napa Valley, Estate Bottled

Soft and balanced, our 2004 Pinot Noir offers aromas of toasted oak, vanillin, plum, blackberries, and a hint of cherries. This wine is rich and round, with the wonderful spicy character of blackberry pie, or cassis. It is very evocative of its particular terroir.

Our Pinot Noir is fermented in open top half ton bins, with native yeast and about 10% whole clusters. It's aged in French Oak, lightly fined with egg-whites and it is bottled unfiltered.

Food pairing suggestions: Grilled salmon or trout, lamb chops, vegetable lasagna, barbequed chicken
